This Privacy Policy describes how FutureUp Lab S.R.L. (“FutureUp Lab,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you and the choices and options you have in relation to this information.
This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you access or use our products, services, and technology platforms (including the websites and mobile applications that help us provide the service, “Services”).

If you visit our website or use our mobile applications, we will collect certain information about you. You can see in sections below what information we collect automatically for all users and visitors.
Section 6. Information you provide
We collect information you provide directly to us when using the Services.
If you are registered for the Services via your institution or employer, we will need to collect certain personal information such as your name, email address and location, which we will do so via your employer. In cases where you subscribe to our Services directly online, we may also need information such as country, your employer’s or institution’s name, your job position, role name, payment information and any other information you choose to provide.

If you are a registered user of our Services (“Member”), we will collect information related to your use of the platform. We will collect information when you register to our Services, complete e-learning courses, download files, answer surveys or quizzes, open emails from us.
We may also collect information such as your usage of the e-learning platform, course completion rates, course subscription status, coaching subscription status coaching subscription rate. In case in which we collect information about your ratings, perception or feedback about the Services, we do not collect any personally identifying information. The exception to this is in cases you choose to provide that information to us.

If you are a Member, when you use the Services, we may share information about you with your employer or institution who has facilitated your access to the Services. This information will be anonymized prior to it being shared and can related, among other cases, to the modules and training programs you are subscribed to, progress, coaching completion, coaching rating, aggregate survey information or any other data that enables your institution to understand the progress facilitated by using the Services.

We may allow other third parties to provide analytics services on our behalf in performance of the Services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by FutureUp Lab and its third-party providers, to analyze and track data and better understand your online activity while using the Services.
